# MarRest

> MarRest is rest hour and fatigue management software built for fishing fleets. It replaces paper rest hour logs with a digital logbook that monitors rolling 24-hour and 168-hour compliance, prevents violations before shifts start, and keeps fleets inspection-ready under STCW-F, ILO C188, and Norwegian Maritime Authority requirements.

MarRest was built by experienced captains from Norwegian maritime operations. It provides fishing fleet operators, shipowners (rederi), and captains with a modern approach to crew rest hour compliance and fatigue risk management.

The website is localized for English, Norwegian, and Icelandic homepages. Authority guides are currently published in English only.
